Terms and Conditions

There is a 2-hour minimum charge on all jobs. After the first 2 hours, we charge every half hour.

Arrival time on any job is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control. ( e.g. weather, traffic... ) We do not accept responsibility for any customer loses due to out of our control pick-up/delivery delays.


All payments must be made by cash or Credit /Debit Card upon job completion card payment are +3% Any other kind of payment must be agreed on and made at least 7 days before moving day. Courier Jobs Must Be paid for at time of booking or collection

We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost property after a job is complete and payment is completed.


If you Take out Goods in Transit Cover then  then All goods in transit are insured for £10,000. Any claim which exceeds this amount is non-refundable.customer excess is £250 of any claim -Good in transit cover on house moves is £50 / Single Items £15 Customer have the Option take this cover at the time of booking.

Our insurance covers items in transit only. It will not cover any damage which happens inside a property. If you need any further cover for moving, contact your insurance company and get appropriate insurance cover.


It's the customers responsibility to provide parking ( reserve a space for the van outside of property before our arrival or arrange a suspension or permit where necessary with local council) If there is no pre-arranged parking and our van receives a ticket, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the fine to the driver at the end of job.

It's the customer's responsibility to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.

It's the customers responsibility to dismantle before our arrival any unit, system, furniture and beds. a charge of £30 is added to the bill if we have to Dismantle wardrobes are dismantled at customers own risk of damage to wardroble

It's the customer's responsibility to make sure that all items will fit in the new premises. (e.g. wardrobe, bed, sofa etc.) We are not insured for removing any doors or making new entrances to the premises.

If any delay is caused by the customer ( e.g. everything is not packed, waiting for keys, incorrect address, etc. ) we reserve the right to add an extra cost to the final bill.

If the customer changes or cancels the booking after it is already confirmed, the customer will be charged £25 of the confirmed amount. If you change or cancel the booking within 24 hours before the job, you will be charged £50

We reserve the right to change or cancel any bookings


If customer has packed their own boxes then the contents inside cannot by Goods in Transit insurance. The insurance cover would only apply if damage has been caused to the packaging externally by staff


Dismantlinga  £30 charge will be added to the final bill if any dismantling of furniture is required before removals can commence.Parking:Parking must be arranged by the customer at both addresses. Any parking fines incurred will be charged to the customer


.WAITING TIME:Waiting time for Access / Waiting for Keys is £50 per Hour


* Weather Conditions:We reserve the right to reschedule any bookings made due to hazardous or unsafe weather conditions. This may come with an additional fee depending on the date of the rescheduled booking.


* OUR RIGHT TO WITHHOLD OR DISPOSE OF THE GOODS (LIEN) We may keep hold of all or some of your goods until you have paid all the charges you owe us, even if the unpaid charges do not relate to those goods.Furthermore we may sell all or some of your goods to recover any unpaid charges.  We can only dothis after giving you 30 days written notice that we intend to do so.  If we do sell any of your goods,and the proceeds from the sale are greater than the amount you owe us, we will pay you any excessamount after deducting the cost of selling the goods.
